Many of my sculptures are made for outside spaces, I want them to be seen and also to be seen through.
My work has a strong connection to prehistoric objects many of these simplistic monoliths provided me with some of the strongest aesthetic inspiration.
The aim of the pieces is to convey the feeling that space can be altered, both by our perceptions and its context.
Previous projects have included Eye2Eye an Arts Council Funded project focusing on how Deaf and hearing may see the world differently and Beespace Installation at Sussex Prairie Gardens celebrating pollinators and their amazing multifaceted eyes.
